False advertising!

I ordered a "silver" ring from Takealot which broke the third time I wore it. I pinched what was left of the ring around my finger to not loose it. When I returned it they said that did not take care of the ring correctly. In other words I am a ****! When I returned the ring, the staff in returns laughed because you could see the ring is actually plastic!!!!!!I am taking this further, as I am protected my the customer protection act. Am so disappointed. Its the principle.
