False advertising and usless returns policy

I purchased a product from takealot recently, it was not as advertised. I have been trying for a long time to return this product, and eveytime they say it will be picked up the next day, then they say the return was rejected, when you call they say it will be picked up the next day, and the cycle just continues. I must say that I expected more from takealot. I've never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a retailer before.
