False Advertising and Unwilling To Rectify Or

Appaling service. Ordered an item that included two additional items, both pictured in the images for the product and written in the description, I have screenshots of that for proof.

I received my item, and it did not include the additional items that were advertised. Contacted Takealot, they contacted the seller who just sent them a photo of what's in the package, they sent me those images and said well that's what's included. So not only did Takealot partake in false advertising, but that also were not willing to assist me, literally at all with rectifying this. Additionally, I then went to look for the listing to ensure, this morning, and low and behold the item no longer exists, but it has been relisted, with the identical name, price and description, everything, well to be fair the discount amount was different, even the exact same vendor. But it still includes the shadowless lights and Double row of LEDS, appalling! Even after I bring it to their attention that can't fix it..

I paid for those items and they never arrived. Takealot advertised them and then wouldn't assist when I needed to rectify this false advertising.

They have not even offered to refund me for it... Literally nothing!!! So not support, rather contact the sellers directly!

Absolutely appalled!!!!
