False advertising and unwilling to correct their mistake

About a month ago i ordered a pack of 3 sets of sleeper earrings. They were advertised to be 8mm but they are actually about 20mm. Takealot now refuses to collect the incorrectly supp**** item and make sure that i actually get the size pack of earrings that i actually ordered. They USED to be great to order stuff from but now I'm REALLY glad Amazon is going to be coming to the country.
