False advertising and unreliable delivery

I ordered a set of batteries last week Tuesday. At the time of the order the delivery was promised for today (a week later), so I went ahead and made the purchase. I later got an sms saying that, it was out for delivery and would arrive tomorrow instead. Now, I get an sms saying that, it is out for delivery and will be delivered next Wednesday (another seven days)! This is getting ridiculous. I need these batteries for work before the weekend (2 days time). Had I known I'd have ongoing delivery delays I would have purchased these batteries elsewhere, now it's too late. Normally, I would call into the customer service branch, but last time I placed an ordered I spent a week on the phone trying to sort out delivery issues, only for them to say they can't do anything to help me. This is my last order with this unreliable company. Lesson learnt - buy cheap, get **** service.
