False advertising and taking no responsibility for it!

Takealot is flat out lying to customers and advertising deals but then not delivering on it. This is the second time in two weeks now that this has happened to me. This time around, I bought a printer that was advertised to come with a free set of additional inks. However, only the printer was delivered, and no extra inks. After weeks of going back and forth and both customer service representives and management not getting back to me, I was finally told that the buying team made a mistake. And tough luck, I won't be getting my inks. All they tell you is to refer to the Ts & Cs, and ****** off. This is unacceptable! If Takealot is willing to take my money based on a certain promise, I expect them to deliver on that! And as I mentioned, this is not an isolated issue. The same thing happened to me two weeks ago when a camera tripod was delivered without certain key accesories. Again, I was told that they deleted the listing post my complaint and they won't be fulfilling my order.
