False advertising and *****ing

Absolutely **** service and false advertising.

Ordered a router on monday which said is in stock. Today when i tracked the order which was supposed to be delivered today i see that the delivery date has been moved alby a week.

When i phoned them to cancel the order to go buy someplace else they said they can only refund me after 5 working days.

This is unacceptable. They took my money immediately when i placed the order but when they **** up an order i have to wait a week for my money back.
