False advertising and selling detective goods

I purchased this heater less than a month ago. It no longer lights. I am unable to return because it says it is a non returnable item but on the page URL https://www.takealot.com/alva-3-panel-luxurious-infrared-radiant-indoor-heater/PLID***7 is clearly states Hassle-Free Exchanges & Returns for 30 Days. Why can i not log a return on this. Order #***. The flint no longer lights the heater. How can you advertise with a return policy but when there is a return needed suddenly its a non returnable item? This is urgent and false advertising
