False advertising and poor service

This service is pathetic, after loading my complaint on hellopeter about my heaters and has not received any response or feedback. This morning I received an email to say my order is ready for collection, we get to takelot and I open the box to check my order and was given something I did not order or want.I have now requested for this item to be returned.I am totally disgusted with the service I am receiving from Takealot, being a loyal customer for many years and to be treated in this manner angers me.
