False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I made a purchase of a Hisense Smart Tv that was supposed to come with a R500 Superbalist Voucher. The delivery was made on Wednesday the 27th and the Voucher was not received with the order. Phoned the call centre spoke to Ethan who said it was being escalated and the voucher will be emailed. Thursday still did not receive the voucher and today spoke to different people Sikelwa and one other agent who now was confirming that the voucher will be only be sent after 7 days and while the 2 agents I spoke to did not know any of this. An excuse of people working remotely was made as to why My 1st escalation has not been attended to 48hrs later. If this is not resolved, I am just going to Log A Return of my Entire order which was over R17 000.
