false advertising and poor customer service

I pre-ordered a game from [URL Removed] on Saturday 03 September. The only reason i bought this game before it was released is because you get a beta key for the game and can play it immediately and be involved as the game is developed. I read the product page carefully before purchasing the game to ensure that i would get that beta key and could be playing it already. it said on the product page \By pre-ordering the game you gain access to the beta so you can try out the multiplayer right away". So i would assume \""Right away\"" means as soon as payment was received i would receive the key. Tuesday came and i had still received no key. I mailed them about it and they got back to me saying that i would only receive the key once the game is released"
