False Advertising and Non Existent call center

I ordered a 3D pen for my daughter 3 times. The first time was for Xmas. It arrived 2 days before Xmas and it was the wrong product. The product was advertised as wireless and rechargeable but I receive one that worked with a power cable. Needless to say that I now had to find a different gift for my daughter. I tried again thinking that I will keep the gift until February for her birthday. This time after waiting a week, they cancelled my order saying that the supplier cannot deliver. The 3rd time I ordered from a totally different supplier on Takealot and again it is not what they advertised and display on the pics. Again they sent me a wired 3D pen instead of a rechargeable wireless pen. Takealot should blacklist their suppliers that falsely advertise goods as it ends up being a total waste of time. To top it all off....Try getting hold of someone at the Takealot call center. Nobody ever answers....
