False Advertising and Non Compliance with CPA

I recently purchased yet another unboxed deal from Takealot. After multiple false advertised deals from Takealot previously, the final excuse was, items are set aside AFTER payment confirmation is received. Ridiculous as I always use EFT so that can take a few days. Thus, the last item I purchased I used my Takealot CREDITS, so INSTANT payment confirmation. The item was still in stock when I received the payment confirmation email so the excuse of no stock is utter lies. So, based on the last excuse from Ashanti herself, the item should have been set aside for me as my payment was instantly confirmed. Two whole weeks after I paid for this item, advertised as available, I get a mail to say it is not available? This is ******* and dishonest. I have already lodged a complaint form with the NCC and will likely seek a legal advisor as this is getting ridiculous with this dishonest online retailer.
