FALSE ADVERTISING AND NO CARE AFTERCARE!!!

On 2 April 2024 I logged a complaint already. The item bought was NOT as per description at all. I've explained PRIOR to receiving the item, that I won't be able to return the item and requested Takealot to confirm with vendor in advance, but this did not happen. No response from Chad at Call Centre since 5 April 2024...
