False Advertising and Long Delays

I purchased a walking ring online on the 3rd August 2022 and I was told there is a 2 week delay in delivery due to unrest in other provinces, Upon receiving the item on the 16th August 2022, only covered in bubble wrap (2nd hand item) it missed the battery cover and push handle. I subsequently returned the item and I received a refund. I needed to purchase the item again online and wait another week. I received the item on the 24th August 2022 and it was still missing the push handle. (the item was advertised online, push handle included) I feel this is false advertising. I immediately cancelled all my others which I had with Take Alot.
