False Advertising and incorrect delivery

This is the 4th time that your guys have delivered my order incomplete. Please explain to me how a whole ballet barre is delivered in a small tube? Are you trying to sell me a wooden pole as a whole ballet barre? How long must my child wait for her 2025 Christmas gift? What is it that you need me to do to get the item that I have ordered? Managers and supervisors refuses to see me face to face to try and resolve this. Customer service keeps making empty promises.
