False advertising and Faudulent policy

R1700 worth of "compatible" printer cartridges fail to work in printer as advertised When trying to log a return, I'm informed that this product is non-refundable... Why the hell not? Ot does work. Advertising a product as compatible when its not is ******* and then refusing a refund/return is downright *****ulent
