False advertising and damaged and missing goods received from Takealot

I have ordered and paid for a double din touch screen car radio with gps.. I received my order today and opened it outside. To my disgusted i found that the unit is a single din and not new. There are no cables in the box, the unit is damaged and used. So how can Takealot send me this **** after i have paid good money for it? This was my first time that i have ordered from them and it will be my last, i will also make sure that my experience is well known amongst my friends and family.
