False Advertising and Counterfeit Products

My utter disgust in your false advertising of Authentic Microsoft Products only to receive a counterfeit product after a week and a half of waiting for it to arrive. Since when do you have the audacity to do this to people, do you think it's a joke for someone to pay nearly R1500 for a product, only to receive a counterfeit! What the hell!?

I will never purchase from you or recommend anyone to purchase from you again.
