False advertising and being called a **** by takealot staff!

I purchased two phones on takealot with shipping date 3 - 5 working days. I placed my order on the 7th of June 2018 and then waited for my phones. 6 days later still no phones, I contacted takealot and was met with a very rude women who told me I was lying about the 3 - 5 days shipping!! Have you ever! I then received a cancellation of my one phone, which I think was done on purpose due to the fact that I lost my temper in the most professional way after being called a ****! what type of service is this? I will never again shop on takealot as the poor service and false advertising is beyond disgusting in my eyes. I have now had to use my "credits" for the cancelled phone to purchase another phone ( also states 3 to 5 working days, order placed 14/06/2018) I will now only recieve my phone on the 26th of this month!!!!! UTTER *******!
