False advertising

Hi there guys, so disappointed with Takealot, i ordered a Alva single plate gas burner which was advertised for x amount, when i received the item it was a totally different brand, let me say a cheap brand, clever to lure you in to purchase the item with a Alva brand, shame on you Takealot & to charge me a collection fee, so i must pay Takealot a fee for me to collect my item, NICE going Takealot, Shame on you
