False advertising

Good day.

I purchased a diaper bag for my baby from takealot.

I am not happy with it because the zip is broken, it's of inferior quality, it's not the same as the photos advertised.

This bag looks like something that comes from Wish.

Please refund my money back into my bank account and take your bag back.

Please get someone to collect it at my home.
