False Advertising

I have a redeemable voucher, I have read all the T&C's and I comply fully but upon checkout, it says voucher does not apply. On looking for a contact number I resorted to the FB page only to find others complaining of the same thing - the reason given is that they have reached their maximum number of coupons - nowhere in the T&C's is there a maximum mentioned!! Takealot, I require you to honour your commitment!!
