FALSE ADVERTISING

<p>1st my previous order was cancelled after waiting for a week due them not being able to source the product from their supplier and they just inform me via email and credit my account. I then went on searching for a product and i find The product advertised as a breast pump and 5 breast milk storage bottles that comes with a cooler bag and I order it.</p> <p> order is delivered and its an empty cooler box no breast pump or storage bottles, I notified them via email and after all correspondence they just say its "a listing error" and i can return the product and get my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont want my money back as i need the breast pump , my baby is due next month. Why is their error any of my fault? as i am now the one suffering twice ... i mean COME ON if you see an item for a certain price in a retail shop you want to pay the price you saw it for. Why does the same not apply when you advertise something a certain way and you ARE IN THE WRONG???</p>
