False advertising

<p>I bought an Oztrail double bunk bed and what arrived was a an Oztrail double bunk bed that looks completely different to the one advertised. After researching the product it seems that TAKEALOT.com is advertising the Oztrail double deluxe bunk bed then shipping the standard Oztrail double bunk bed at a price of the deluxe version. Too make matter worse the product department at the warehouse states that they shipped the correct item. This has been the 3rd unsatisfatory delivery in two months from TAKEALOT.com -also our last purchase from TAKEALOT.com as I am of the opinion that the consumer-supplier trust is broken. People should be aware of the inconvenience caused by TAKEALOT.com and the false information on their website.</p>
