False advertising

<p>I ordered an item from takealot this evening. I placed the order before 18:00 today. On the checkout screen I clicked the "when can I expect it" button, the screen pops up with the standard economy delivery and "... or you can choose one of our Value Added Delivery Options — and get GUARANTEED DELIVERY" which has three options. One of which is "Guaranteed Express Delivery Guaranteed next day delivery if ordered and paid by midnight." So I go ahead with the order, get to the shipping and there is NO next day delivery, I have to pay R100 for delivery in two days time on the weekend. I called customer service and they cant help, the only thing I get told is thats how the system generates it and there is no next day delivery available because mister delivery cant do it. The person I spoke to "Mushfiekih" refused to get/call a manager or to get a manager to call me. PATHETIC customer service !!!!! You advertise one thing and then cannot provide it. Your staff are obviously not supervised properly if there are no managers on duty to even take a call! You talk a good game but dont have the infrastructure or the staff to deliver on it, You should be ashamed of yourselves but you wont be, all you care about is getting sales and you dont give a damn about your customers.</p>
