False advertising!!!

Very disappointing service for take alot!

I bought items on special on the 31st May 2025 and the following working day the items were surprisingly lost in “transit” which I believe is a lie , you guys were under stock and now this is my problem. I could have gladly went into store and bought the items on special in store. Two consultants contacted me as I complained about this service and and i advised i don’t have want a refund i will wait until these items are available and they advised that they will process my request. Today i get an email from take alot advice on my refund and “good gesture “ R250??? What a joke , this does not cover the amount of the total amount of the discounted items i bought. I bought these items while they were available on your website!!! I want the full amount back or items

Im not accepting this false advertising and poor management!!!
