False advertising

Bought a Caterpillar suitcase, and one of the main reasons I did buy was due to the add online saying 10 years guarantee, 2 years later the suitcase is damaged and when I logged a return I was told it comes with a year. when I went online on my account and checked invoice, i noticed that Takealot never puts anything about the bag having a 10-year guarantee and nor does it even say 1 year (As the claim the suitcase comes with). I am now told that if I can show them the add which shows 10-year guarantee they will assist me, how the hell do I go back 2 years and find and add now.
