False advertising

<p>So I pre-purchased a game from takealot mainly for the cd-key in the box, I first phoned takealot too ensure that the cd-key would be emailed to me and the assistant helping me assured that it would be. I then purchased the game and no e-mail was send with the key in question. However it was purchased at 10pm when they are closed so I left it. Next morning I wake up and check my email and there is still no key, I then phoned them at 9am and was told it was "with the buyer" and I would be notifed soon about the cd-key. I then waited till 2pm and phoned again to then be told that the cd-key in question would not be emailed to me. I told the assistant helping me that the only reason that I bought the game from them was because I could get the cd-key instantly. She then said that she would update me on the issue soon. Been waiting a hour and still no response. Kinda upset that the infomation given to me was wrong even though in the reviews on the item on takealots website someone stated that a cd-key was emailed to them.</p>
