False advertising!

Overall I have always had good service, however my last experience was atrocious!

I bought a Samsung FIT watch and the only reason why I chose the watch was due to the fact that they advertised on the product info that it included a built in GPS. This was however falsely advertised as the watch does not have a built in GPS!

After much back and forth with takealot.com they said I can return the watch and get a credit! I was however not satisfied with this as the product I thought I bought was not performing as they indicated and I expected a replacement product that would have had the GPS inclusion at no extra costs.

This whole experience has made me seriously reconsider ever buying online and especially with takealot.com. Rather go to a store where you can physically see a product and hopefully the salesman gives you the correct info / product inclusions.
