False Advertising

One of the items in my order was a sealed bag of corn kernels for making popcorn. I had ordered this item previously and it was delivered as shown on the Takealot website. The item is still displayed in a sealed heavy-duty plastic. However, in the last order, it came in a grubby and torn plastic bag with the corn looking as though it had been swept off the floor. It is false advertising to offer one product and then to substitute an inferior product. Does Takealot not have some means to hold the supplier to account for this?
