False advertising

I purchased a product on 23rd of September and was delivered with a missing item. I logged the request for exchange and after eating 10 days and after waiting for 10 days the replacement still had a missing item. I am not sure if Takealot.com does not check items being delivered or they use false advertising to frustrate their customers... This is pure incompetence and bad customer experience
