False Advertising

I bought a DW Music DJ M900 U Professional Uni-Directional Condenser Microphone on 17 November 2020. The mic didn't come with a shock mount as advertised on the website, the app and the box itself. I returned the item in hopes of getting an exchange that comes with all the appreciate accessories. But instead, my "exchange" was the exact same item I had returned and still without the missing accessory.
