False advertising

I'm very disappointed in the delivery service. Yesterday i placed an order(***0) on the 10th of February 2021 and i was given the option to pay R95 extra for a more efficient delivery which guaranteed me a delivery date of today 11th of February 2021. However i haven't received any communications about it and when i trace my delivery status it says, it has not yet been shipped" no progress has been made basically and its 14:32pm i doubt this delevery will take place today cause, i placed my work address for delivery and 17:00pm i'll be knocking off
