False advertising
I am highly dissappointed by your service once again. <br> <br> I placed an on order on the 30th January and here I am still waiting for delivery. The item was set to be delivered between 5-14 days on the advert.<br> <br> Well guess what???? I had no birthday gift for my baby s first birthday on the 16th February because of your false advertising,there was actually a sincere reason why i placed an order on the 30th because i thought by the 15th i would have received, but nah [URL Removed] is at it again#horribleservice<br> <br> I dont even know what to tell my baby about her gift,so basically your empty promises are turning me into a bad mom,she s probably thinking there is no giraffe ever coming..*so sad*

We are sorry that our supplier was unable to ensure stock of the Giraffe was received at our Warehouse in time to make delivery by the 16th.
Kindly be advised that the promised date of delivery as per your confirmation email was the 23rd of February, confirmed by our Support staff on the 4th of February when this was queried.
However, we have sent an escalation to our Distribution centre to arrange delivery as soon as possible once the item does arrive in Cape Town and will keep you updated regarding it's progress.
