False advertising

I purchased the single view decoder including FREE installation from [URL Removed] on 24/01/2016, it took 2 days to be delivered as i selected the deposit option to pay, fine enough. The problem i had was when the decoder was delivered I was expecting installation to be done that very same day. I got the contact number for an installer from a TakeAlot agent, he agreed to come out, however when he showed up he asked me about a voucher that is suppose to be in the box we then called TakeAlot and they informed me that I will need to send an sms INSTALL and my postal code to a number(DSTV) in return they'll sms a voucher code. Anyway I did this got no reply, was told by a different TakaAlot agent the sms process takes up to 48hrs. Waited a day, now I was leaving for Joburg the friday so I needed this to be done ASAP however neither TakeAlot or DSTV could resolve this issue. Because I was pressed for time I had a different installer complete the job for me which costed me R900, so which was suppose to be a FREE installation I ended up waisting my time and money calling back and forth. This was a great inconvenience for me, so I'd just like to warn other consumers dont be fooled.
