False Advertising

Dear TakeAlot.

Oh how I was deeply dissapointed when I recieved this Foot Grinder, of whom I have read so many great reviews of. Since moving to JHB from CT, I have been challenged with the extreme dry weather on my foot heels. Not only did I not recieve the correct product, I recieved a knock off version with the likes of sand paper with a blue shell looking cover which arrived disjointed. I decided not to return the product as my dissapointment have met its' match by feeling defeated with utmost dissatisfaction, all due to incompetence, un-professionalism & tardiness. I have tried the retrieved Foot Grinder probably now for more than it should possibly endure & the results are dismal. I do not ever wish to speak ill of any Company, person nor the affect of negativaty towards any, but please deliver the product you market, because I do not wish anyone else to go through the sad process of realising yet the degrading quality of what once was seen as one of the elite product selling companies of our time.
