False advertising

I feel disappointed and taken advantage of and there false advertising, this is the second time I have ordered a set which should have 2 items in and again I only received one and the call line doesn’t want to help, on one hand all they want is to do a return and they can’t send new items as they sold out, yet it’s still online as a set.

All I want is the items I ordered not voucher and not be **** too. The problem with Takealot no one is there to assist or solve a problem or some one needs take takealot on and call them out. Can someone please help me
