false advertising

I placed an order for a red gazebo. Today. Delivery time on the site said 5-7 working day. If you place order by 14 December you will receive it by Xmas. However after I paid the payment confirmation email showed delivery 29 Dec. I emailed [Email Removed] and asked if I could fetch direct from the warehouse to speed up delivery time as I need it b4 Xmas. I was emailed back & told no a it I th supplier that is the problem. I asked can I get something something similar for the same price. Again response was no. I have ordered numerous items from ur company. I would expect some assistance and at least an attempt to assist the client. I.placed the order based on the advertised date on ur website. Marwaan respond saying it's system generated. Regardless that is misrepresentation and false advertising. The consumer protection act protect consumer from these practice. Why can you not at least an attempt to try and assistance instead o just saying no. I was prepared to fetch it myself. In client service there should be no word as No. But I will try. Very disappointing from a company I had excellent service from every oth time.
