False advertising
On Friday the 20th. I received the daily deals email with a DKNY 50ml for R339 on offer. However when I clicked to get the deal there was nothing on the website. This is not the first time it has happened that something is advertised on daily deals and not available on the website . This is false advertising.

We understand your disappointment by missing out on this great deal. Kindly note that the majority of our daily deals items have a stock limitation. If this limit is reached, whereby the secured deals quantity has sold out, the deals item won't be available for purchase anymore. Only if there is regular/non-deal stock available will the item still be available for purchase, but at the normal price. Our complaints team is currently liaising with our retails department to confirm if and when the DKNY perfume sold out. They'll then be in touch with you to confirm the details and assist with this matter further.
