False Advertising

I ordered a Nespresso Machine on takealot expedited shipping. So the morning of delivery i see the description of item has changed to a lilac machine from a white one and when it is delivered its not even that colour its now a candy pink. No help from takealot to sort it out, and when i asked to be refunded my money they gave me credit instead though i do not want to use their service anymore they essentially stole my money because i will not use them again and you cannot contact them to change it. Please use another delivery service these guys are shady.
