False advertising
I orderd a headlight on takealot. The specs on their page stated that the headlight has 10000 lumens with a distance range of 600m. When the product arrived it was only 300 lumens with a distance range of 200m. This is false advertising so please be careful when ordering anything off takealot.

16 Jul 2020, 08:29I have returned my item, wanting the item I paid for with the right specs. It has been almost 3 weeks since returing the item to them and I have received no feedback. Their emails do not work, their phone number doesn't go through. I went to the Takealot office near me and the lady was of no help at all. They have my product and I still have not received any refund or new product. This is really bad service. So please be careful when ordering from takealot.
