FALSE ADVERTISING
It's the second time that I experience DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING from [URL Removed] and I'm starting to believe that it's their general marketing practice.<br> <br> First time it was when I ordered Samsung S4 battery. I chose to collect it from their warehouse and when I arrived, I received some **** Chinese no brand battery, while on the website they had an original Samsung battery picture and it clearly stated SAMSUNG in the ad. This issue took a week to resolve!<br> <br> Second time it happened on 11 October. I wanted to buy Adidas Boston 5 running shoes, which are still on 43% discount on their website. When I tried to pay, it gave me the full price (R1599) without the discount. <br> <br> I emailed them about this and they came back to me saying: \as per the website it says 43% off meaning the discount was already app**** which is why the price is R1599."<br> I checked in many other shops"

As explained by our customer service team, when we have items on sale or offered at a discount it is usually tagged with a discount badge which indicates the discount percentage already app**** to the advertised price. It is this price that will then reflect during checkout and which you'll be required to pay should you want to make the purchase. We'll instruct our complaints team to double check with our product buyer in the morning that this particular item's discounted price is correct and will revert back to you soonest. We'll also gladly assist with your previous complaints should they not have been resolved yet.
Our buyers should be at the office by 9am tomorrow morning and we'll endeavour to provide you with feedback and assistance as soon we've liaised with them.
