False Advertising

I ordered a Dell Inspiron N7391| 13.3" FHD Touch|i7-10510U|16GB|512GB|Silver Screen size:13.3-inch FHD (1920 x 1080) Truelife Touch Narrow Border WVA Display with Active Pen support from Takealot because it listed all the specifications I required, including a "Built-in stylus: Sketch, take notes or retouch photos with the freedom of a built-in stylus. The Inspiron 13 is ready for whatever you create."

Upon receipt of the laptop, it had no stylus, and definitely no "Built-in stylus: Sketch, take notes or retouch photos with the freedom of a built-in stylus. The Inspiron 13 is ready for whatever you create."

I initially struggled to get someone from Takealot to call me, given that the laptop cost a significant amount of money. I was eventually called, though my questions were not suitably answered. Thereafter my emails went unanswered until I received an email indicating "Unfortunately the item that you wanted is not available and we have therefore credited your Takealot account."

I would have been quite comfortable with this process despite the fact that my emails and questions went unanswered. What I find unacceptable is that as I am typing this, the laptop is still being advertised with the same specifications. This indicates that this was most likely not an accident, which has caused me significant delay and inconvenience, but that it was in fact false advertising.
