False advertising

I placed an order on the 26th of February and it was scheduled for delivery in the 2nd week of March. I received numerous emails stating there are delays. I received another today stating I will only receive the delivery on the 4th of April. I have contacted Takealot but only have been told that they are 'sorry'. The product that is delayed has a 5 to 7 days shipping time as advertised on their website. I now have to wait over a month for my delivery. Is this not false advertising on your product? I selected my work address because the scheduled delivery date fell during work time. On the 4th of April, I will be on break. I am extremely disappointed at Takealot as their service has been less than helpful.
