False advertising

We bought a mecer inverter from takealot, when it arived there is no name on the machine, search for the mecer yielded nothing got a tiny sticker on the machine with the name lobo on it and the buttons differ from what advertised, phoned mecer and they are not even aware that they are selling mecer lobo's they dont even manufacture lobo's so my qeustion is now who was misled by false advertising. The machine is going back to takealot and nkw al of the suden they dont have stock but on the website they are still advertising the mecer lobo why is it advertised if they cant replace the lobo they sent when we ordered the mecer in the first place and not the lobo?
