False Advertising

I tried to order a pair of earphones that was on special on Takealot, the advertised price was R1239 and it was showing In Stock. When I added it to my cart the price changed to R1499. When I phoned to query this I was told that obviously the items that were on sale were sold out so the remaining items have reverted to the original price. It is now an hour later and it is still showing there is stock available at R1239. This is the most ridiculous thing I have heard, surely if it is advertised at a cheaper price and the website shows there is stock I should pay the cheaper price? Absolute bull****.
