FALSE ADVERTISING

I Purchased facial serums and according to the description it clearly stated 2 X 30ml serums in the box but I only received one, and the consultants I spoke to agreed with me the description said X2, after a week of going back and forth on emails and telephonic conversation I was suddenly told that only one is included in the box and they apologise for the inconvenience, that is false advertising. I will be taking this up legally not because of the amount but because of bad business practices. I have been purchasing from Takealot for a long time but no more and I will tell all my family and friends to do the same. it is better to walk into a store and make your purchase as you know what you are going to receive.
