False Advertising

As a customer I was left aback, still am. I feel that I have been a victim of false advertising. On the (date) I placed an order for a Delonghi Gas Heater, which included a 9kg gas Cylinder for the price of R1199.00.With all the excitement on the special (I found convenient) I thought I'd be saving given that the two items come together for that reasonable price,I did my online purchase & the transaction was successful. Later received a confirmation sms on 09/06/2015, that my order is scheduled for delivery on the same day, but not delivered. Instead contacted by my office that there was a delivery on 10/06/2015 this by the way was without notification. I couldn't get to the delivery guy as I stepped out of the office for a brief moment. I then called the company & rescheduled delivery on 12/06/2015.Received the goods did an inspection to ensure that all was in order, to my dismay the heater came WITHOUT the 9kg gas cylinder. Not impressed, called the courier company & told them my order was incomplete. To my surprise when I went to the website where I initially saw the add I realized that the add was removed. This is false advertising & I would like to expose the company.
