False advertising

<p>I wanted to purchase an item on the website for R250 under the impression that all purchases over R200 come with free delivery (as advertised on the website).</p> <p> </p> <p>When calling the customer care line, I was told that this isn't the case and that it is only for purchases above R400. I was then informed that I need to accept is as there is nothing that I can do about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is poor service and false advertising? what is happening to Takealot?</p>
